Further to John & Jacinta’s earlier testimonial:

“We are settling into our new abode nicely. We are delighted we chose Reef Coast Constructions as our builder. How did we end up signing up with Reef Coast one might ask? Here’s why!

Rob arrived when he said he would initially to give advice on the dwelling present at the time on our property. He gave us the advice and said he would leave us with that advice and gave us his contact details if we had any further questions. Rob was in Reef Coast attire and appeared to have stepped out of a job site. He didn’t have a brief case and he didn’t ask us for our details regarding financial situation at all. He didn’t pressure us to sign any papers. He simply chatted with us in an open and transparent manner highlighting his recommendations. On visiting his display house we felt very at ease and again did not feel pressured into answering questions about finance etc. Rob gave us our space and we liked that. We decided we liked his approach and signed up to begin the build process.

The initial process was challenging with unforeseen obstacles however I will always remember driving past the property and seeing Rob up on a machine digging the ground up to speed up that phase of the process. Rob was always available to take calls and if he was tied up he always returned the call promptly. Never were we left “wondering”. He guided us through the design and layout with suggestions but ultimately it was our own decisions that were final. Rob had required paperwork for banks etc ready in a timely manner with all costs broken down clearly. We knew what we were getting for our money and had no hidden costs with our contract.

The Reef Coast team were amazing to deal with on site. Cameron was always reachable regarding questions about the build. (I think he may have cringed once or twice when he’d see my number pop up, hey Cameron, but he always took my calls despite my minor questions . The team were happy to meet any time on site to discuss the progress. They were adaptable with last minute changes that we thought of and they made it happen. There were at times uncertainty about specifics, however these were easily clarified with a quick call or email. I feel like Reef Coast became part of the family at one stage during the build. All the staff had a friendly approachable nature and never once got dismissive or annoyed with our questions/curiosities. Very open and honest and extremely easy to deal with. Nicole assisted with paperwork in the background and I recall feeling nervous about having to ring her initially due to my questions about forms etc, however once I spoke to her I was, yet again, at ease at her friendly, understanding and helpful nature.

I have recommended Reef Coast to others and I would definitely call on them again if we required advice and/or work to be completed. The Reef Coast Team adhere to their values of their business and that was very admirable for us.
