“What an experience, our first time building and given the opportunity again, we wouldn’t change a thing. Deciding to build was nerve racking and stressful in itself, we didn’t really have a clue what we were getting ourselves into. We knew picking a builder meant we would have to do our research, it was very important to us that we personally meet the builders of our future home. We spoke to many builders and salespersons prior to meeting Rob and Cameron from Reef Coast Construction and it was evident to us that after the first meeting, we had found our builders. Something that stood out to us is that Reef Coast is a family owned business, it felt a lot more personal & intimate plus we really liked the idea of supporting a local business.
Rob & Cameron made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. We felt an immense amount of trust in them after just a few discussions in regards to the building process. Once we had agreed on the plans, it was obvious that it wasn’t just a job for them, they genuinely cared about what we wanted. Prove this they did, time and time again – we had specific needs for the home and despite any hurdles, Rob & Cam fought hard to allow our ideas to become a reality. They went above and beyond to organise regular visitation for us to see what stage the house was at despite our limited availability. Whenever we had concerns, it was as simple as asking the question and the issue was instantly addressed.
Every step of the way Rob & Cameron kept us well informed with constant communication and guidance on matters we didn’t quite understand. Even with other developments under way, we never felt less of a priority to the Reef Coast team. They spent days after the build ensuring that every detail of our home was in perfect condition. Their hard work and attention to detail has not gone unnoticed, we are unable to fault our beautiful home.
From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Reef Coast Construction to all new and experienced homeowners and would undoubtedly chose to build with them again.”
