“We are writing to you in order to express our sincere thanks for a job well done on our newly completed extension at Coleraine Street, Annandale and by doing so hopefully giving you a reference of appreciation for future clients. The work included the addition of a new living room involving substantial changes to the roof line and also extending the existing patio. The particular care you took in the planning to ensure that the new work matched the rest of the house was very effective and the new room blends seamlessly.

From the outset the relationship with you has been a real pleasure, nothing was considered a hassle and small changes that we requested were accommodated. Your promptness and attention to keeping us informed was very much appreciated, as was the completion of the project ahead of the schedule. The work was done with minimal disruption to us and all the tradesman working on the site were friendly and courteous. Of particular note was their attention to cleaning up and being respectful of our property.

We lived in the house whilst all the changes were going on around us which at times was quite challenging, but our space was always respected and the site was always secured when the workers left.
